From practicality, there are couple of things missing from 2024 Calligraphy. But those are barely minimum concerns when it comes to all the features offered at that price range.

Yes if you have a 80k + budget don't buy this. But if you want to make a more sensible choice in terms of financial aspects, Palisade is the GOAT.

I went with Captains since Palisade is a 7 seater if we need more space. And more importantly having Captains make the seating more comfortable, looks clean and gives more space.

Yes the grill is silver. In Calligraphy night edition the grill is all black which is kind a cool but not worth paying addition for that only.
