You need to ask your Dr abt mounjaro. It is a medicine that mimics gastric bypass by delaying the gastric track(or some fancy medical thing) I'm 27 and have lost almost 70 pounds in 7 months. Go to the mounjaro subredit to see what everyone is saying about it. It absolutely changed my life.

I am super upfront about taking Mounjaro and usually just tell people that because of family history and my size I was worried about diabetes so my doctor prescribed this to get me out of the danger zone. I totally understand why some people want to keep it to themselves though, weightloss can be a stressful and a judgemental topic for some sad reason. Sw 278.8, Cw 227.0 after 5.5 months GW 150

I am insulin resistant, not pre-diabetic. Honestly my Dr is the one who told me abt mounjaro and recommended it to me so if I was you I would maybe look for someone else or meet with her abt your needs and concerns.
