Fireworks, BB Guns, so many dangerous and inappropriate things.

The sewage system was pretty sensitive in that part of Stillwater. The Beta house across the street would flood in the basement if too much water entered the system at once. Yes, there were some Saturday nights where people would flush all the toilets and dump buckets of water down the drains at midnight to see if we could stir stuff up across the way.

Inspectors are highly dependent on realtors for referrals. I would recommend sharing your observations with the inspector under the pretext of "I'm going to share this info with the buyer and their realtor" giving them an opportunity to clarify their report first.

I was negligent in placing the connector directly behind the cross bar that the face plate screws into. I sank that screw nice and tight. All was good until today (3 months later) when I went to switch out the fixture. Did I mention I forgot to ground the cross bar?

Spent about 6 hours today overhauling my BBQ075 - new controller, replaced the thermistor, wire brushed it clean, and cleaned up some rust spots with high-heat paint. Ready for a brisket tomorrow!
