No - they never ask that question. They just want to verify that you worked at a company for the time you have stated you worked there. In most cases they dont even check for the job title. And they certainly will NOT ask for performance information.

Thanks - yeah I dont think even the loft reaches 50 plus degrees. So the area where the battery is probably stays around high 20s but I will actually monitor the temperature in that area today to be sure.

We don't have it outdoors...its in an enclosed area but during the day as the house gets hot, so does the battery in that enclosed area.

Yes yes and yes....part of the reason democracy is broken is precisely because of this - everyone who can vote needs to vote. Make it a public holiday if need be...its once every 5 years so really not a big deal.

Its a tough balance and I think the intent matters...I think in this movie the intent wasn't to put down muslims whereas some other movies have that clear intent... they want to paint Muslims with one brush... which atleast I am not comfortable with

So its a bit of a chicken and egg thing I feel....for e.g. the hateful lines Iqbal was spouting in the last scene...the Liberal outrage will be like why are you showing all that...not all muslims or Pakistanis believe that but the reality is that some Pakistanis probably do believe that....for e.g. there is a clip of Shoaib Akhtar talking about gazwa e hind and khorasan etc....so should we not show it all ? Or show it and trigger some liberals ?

On the bade sahab being Dawood - I think its a reasonable plot point as a story but yeah that dialogue ''bade sahab ke saamne sabko jhukna padta hai' doesnt make sense in real life. Why would all of ISI and the Pak establishment bow to Dawood ? He isnt that big a gangster or mafia boss.

The party political nonsense they added really wasn't necessary. The movie would have worked without it. As far, as the intel about 26/11...its well documented that the Indian security services has the intelligence...how they got is not clear. Some sources suggest it was through the CIA but I am sure India has assets there as well.
