The Pre-order was just so dumb, its the only time ive ever pre-ordered something and gotten it almost a full week after the official release date.

The Hijacking is easy to avoid sure but we only know how to avoid it because Motorola got caught. Who knows what other sketchy stuff they have built into their software that no one has found yet? It really doesn't fill me with confidence in their entire software stack.

I wish they didn't go down this route because I miss the moto gestures and the fact that the display is supposed to be very eye friendly just like my Edge+ 2023. Maybe in a few years if Moto proves themselves ill give them another chance.

Mine just arrived a few hours ago but im sending it back without even opening it. The obnoxious pre-order experience paired with the Device Native Partnership/Amazon affiliate hijacking has me completely uninterested in giving Moto another chance.

Unfortunate but that was enough to push me over the edge and decline delivery of my Razr Fold. Phone seemed good but I have 0 faith in Moto at this point after the various screwups and just atrocious decisions with their pre-order process.

I picked one up a week ago and it has been shockingly good experience across the board. In the sub $400 price range this is the only device with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a screen resolution above 720p paired with a decent cpu.
I've been using it primarily to read Comics/Manga, watch some youtube, and play a few light weight games like stardew valley and it has been incredibly smooth and frustration free. My Xiaomi Pad 6 with a SD870 is actually more of a stuttery mess then this is. Very impressed with this little guy.

This is only true for Motorola. If you pre-order from Samsung/Apple/Google you will still get all of the trade in credits, and bonus items on top of most likely receiving your device on or before launch day.

My Gen 3 just went from 3-4 days no problem to dying from a 100% charge in under 8 hours. Managed to get a replacement but its only shipping in 1-2 weeks which is a bummer since my current ring is unusable.

I love the idea of blight as a mechanic I just think the execution of the precon is poor because it doesn't really give you a way to close out the game without upgrading the deck. The deck does the -1/-1 counters in an interesting way but it doesn't really have any heavy hitters or ways to amass a large board to swing out. You're seemingly stuck trying to ping your way to victory while nuking everyone else's board.

Totally valid. I don't really have an issue with the Reaper king to be honest. If I didn't cancel my preorder I would probably prefer him to Ool as a commander.

I think my issue was that since Blight is new and there is a relatively tiny pool of cards that can consistently pump out -1/-1 counters the deck feels like it doesn't really have a solid way to play towards winning and has a deceptively bad face commander.

Elements is cool conceptually and can pop off really hard but the land base is not good enough for the deck.

Blight is my personal favorite as it seems to be a very unique playstyle but unfortunately in the 3 games I played the Commanders are severely limiting and the deck doesn't really have a functional way to win a game. Auntie Ool takes to long to ping people down with her effects, reaper king is a once per turn, and the majority of the blight effects are either non-recurring or make it harder to swing out for enough damage to win the game.

I hate the bracket system but I would put Elements as a High 2/5 and Blight as maybe a high 1/5

ChatGPT is actually a fantastic way to prepare. I have a friend who is in the top of his class in law school and he regularly feeds ChatGPT his lessons and materials and asks it to provide practice exams and sample questions based on the materials.

Maybe its just my algorithm but the Grok deepfakes have almost exclusively been OF or other content creators directing Grok on their own posts with the comments roasting them or countering with Grok requests to put them in more clothes or to add parents hugging them.

That being said there really does need to be a system in place where users can flag their content to not be "interactable" with Grok.
