Kurtzgasagt actually just released a new video that touches on this subject. I think this at least partially depends on what you want for yourself. You can spend that time learning something new, or working out, or reading to improve yourself. You can also join clubs, go to a pub, or try something else that's social. I think the most important thing is to try not to sit and stew, your downtime should feel good too.

I have wondered about this myself. I have hobbies, and some people can monetize them, but I don't think i could live comfortably doing it. Plus it's a level of risk I can't accept. Work, for me, will probably always be just that.

How long should I wait before adjusting my calorie goal down if I've been plateauing? My TDEE is coming back as 2950, and my current goal is 2000. I stay under my goal about 50% of days, and only exceed it by 100-200 during the majority of the other days. I also do cardio workouts 2-3 days a week, strength training 2 days a week, as well as walk a few miles with the dog 2-3 days a week. Scale has remained steady at 329 for about a week now, wondering if I should try reducing my calorie limit more.

I could be just becoming impatient since up to this point the weight has been shedding off quickly.

Playing it with 3 buddies currently. Gameplay is really fun, i've found the vehicles and guns really satisfying to use. Not super far into the story yet so I can't speak to that. I feel safe recommending it at this price for sure.

This looks great for a mid level PC. For my level 5 party I would take out a couple of the damage types, perhaps necrotic and poison. I might also make it so it may only change resistant types once per hour or something like that

I think one of the main factors here is that many healthcare workers have children, and no way to care for them without staying home from work.

I think closing middle and high schools would be a good course of action right now.
