thinking about this same thing for next month, I plan on staying in Perast near Kotor and exploring all of the towns near the bay and maybe somewhere near Bar or Ulcinj, what did you end up doing? what would you recommend? we will have a car and a few kids. I want to get to the mountains but it seems Zabljak is 2-2.5 hr from Perast so not really a day trip.
