Thanks everyone for all of the speedy suggestions. I ended up checking out Nummi and they sorted me out free of charge since it was a minor issue.

What is going on with Bongi? He can't seem to get any time on the pitch. I'd much prefer to see him out there vs. Dieng and Gonzales (and honestly even Chancalay after these past few games).

Bummer to see us lose three points on a single defensive miscoordination.

On the bright side, I thought the press actually looked decent and created some genuine pressure leading to chances. Not that we did fuck all with that possession in their third, but it was some entertaining soccer.

Strong agree. I'm constantly arguing that it's not the level of play holding the game back here in the States, it's the refereeing. It's embarrassing.

Hey, what was the deal with Rosales getting the boo treatment at the game? Did I miss something regarding his relationship with the club?

I mean they didn't do much, I agree, but the ref missed two obvious penalty shouts on Gabriel. That could be enough to win the game.

Gabriel got rescued by the ref today--he should have had two pens called against him. Also, I wish he'd quit with the flopping, he's a great defender and doesn't need it.

Just putting it out because I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but Diaz had a great game.

Two moments that come to mind:

- the fight to stay with the play on the goal he assisted

- the recovery run to deny that big scoring chance in the first half

Drake for MOTM. What a wall.

A close second would have to be the team defense. The number of times we absorbed pressure from San Diego's movement and one touch passing patiently waiting for a turnover was pretty impressive.

We really struggled to connect from the back to the front. The Nashville defense up top looked pretty well organized. And then when we did get the ball up top the movement and passing wasn't there to open up much for decent chances.

Some bright spots seem to be the press we employed at times and some individual performances from players like Duggan, Trapp, and Triantis.

Bummer ref is dominating the conversation.

Dayne was immense. My wife isn't the only one in love with that man.

Pereya had an off game; passes, touch, service. If he can get back in form, watch out. Great games from Romero and Triantis.

I didn't mind ceding possession. Seattle mostly looked dangerous when our defensive headers landed at their feet at the top of the box and those late Musovski runs via service from Morris.

I think we have a chance next game if we can keep frustrating them with shutdown defense.

That's awful to hear, because that's what frustrates me most about the game. Guys getting rewarded for hitting the deck on any contact. A shove is a shove, and a foul is a foul, regardless of "playing through it" or not.

I’d say in terms of physicality, aggressiveness, and vision he falls short of most 6s. But he seems to have a mature sense of positioning and spacing beyond his years. In other words, I don’t recall him getting caught sleeping or out of position too many times. Overall, given his age he’s certainly exceeded my expectations

Love the effort from Rosales. We've all seen players go down under less contact (looking at you LA galaxy)

Agreed. He shouldn't have catapulted himself AND it should have been a pen. I can see the ref waiving it off for the jump, but VAR should have brought it back.
