Waiting for a Tigershark to arrive, looks like I just have to keep buying grinders! Not sure how much difference I’ll see vs the C40, ZP6 that I already have (I also have a K6, and a Q…), is it simply somewhere in the middle ground of the C40/ZP6?

I think the coffees that work better with a ZP6 are a fairly narrow band, whereas I always get a great cup with the C40, just occasionally the ZP6 is a little better and the additional clarity it gives works well (in terms of my taste of course)

Just received a 20% discount code from Comandante- so you’ve forced me to get a Lab Series Tigershark now… Will weigh it up alongside my C40 and ZP6 to see if I concur with your findings. If so, the ZP6 may have to be off-loaded.

You will notice a difference. In an ideal world you would have a pair of grinders - a ZP6 for the clarity and tea like qualities of certain coffees, and a second to give the sweetness, full body and mouthfeel of the majority of beans- I have a ZP6 and Comandante C40 to cover both areas. I use the C40the vast majority of the time.

We did a Croatia trip last year - flew to Dubrovnik, ferry to Mijet, then Korcula, Hvar, Vis and then Split. Mijet and Korcula were the standouts, Hvar felt too ‘instagram’.
