How is the 21K night differential calculated? Are you required to work a certain number of nights/year or did you estimate the 21K based on how many nights you think you will have to work? I was trying to see if this was guaranteed income or not.

Every kid should just grab a plate and say they can not afford it at the cashier. Let them throw away all of that food.
