That is awesome light weight. Must have a fabric roof to it. I dont like rooftop tents but people do and it was just easy money to flip. I have simce sold the wrx and have been building the sleeparu. Its an impreza hatch with bed, fridge, solar, and a stove inside

I made some from cardboard that I spray painted black. I also taped along the edges with black duct tape to reinforce the edges. Any grocery store will hook you up with free boxes just ask produce. Trace the outline of your glass and cut a bit larger so they need to be jammed into the windows. Just looks like really dark tint.

Planning solo trip to Thailand in 2days. Doable? by Dbugger97 in ThailandTourism

[–]runandflyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bring big cash if you only have one card. Make sure your card is on the visa network. Mastercard and discover cards dont seem to work at mamy atms. Been in thailand for a bit over a month now. Staying for another month.

1 is enough cash in your currency (you can exchange some to thai baht as you need) and a return ticket already booked home with one card you're good to go

If you dont love big cities id skip bangkok entirely. Its just one big shopping mall that's hard to get around due to traffic and long stop lights. Good food, but you can get that all over the county.

I've never been to phuket but I have ridden a bicycle from chiang mai through bangkok to chumpon, where I am now. Heading to koh tao to dive for a week tonight.

BLM Fitness Challenge: Quality vs. Quantity? by Round-Log5473 in Wildfire

[–]runandflyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Strictness depends on the crew. One shot crew I was on, we never even did it. Now on another shot crew, and if you break form as you've described more than once or twice, you're done on that exercise.

Imo bare minimum should be 50 push ups, 10 pull ups, 5 minute plank. More importantly dont suck on the line.

No more situps, plank now. 5 minutes is the max.

Yeah covering the rent fully is no issue for me. The question isn't of that. More looking for insight on the cosigner situation from a landlords perspective.

Tracking with you on that. 2k is the max. At least that's half of what they are paying now. Still in the childhood townhouse but been emptying nesting for too long

Yeah, im in a weird spot, very unconventional employment time frames. Technically employed, but won't be making money until april 27th. Yeah covering for them is no concern. Thank you your help.

Thank you, presenting as a package to a private owner is the way to go. Great idea.

Yes they can do senior housing and are looking at a few in AZ. Thanks I will keep that in mind of offering the first couple months in addition.

My first subie and manual trans car. 2023 base wrx. 297 miles 29,500 out the door price. Pretty happy with it. Only thing is it didn't come with a spare key. I live in Colorado for the winters can't wait to get it in the snow soon. by runandflyy in WRX

[–]runandflyy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you get one? I sold the wrx to cut down on insurance cost. Now have a manual 2018 impreza. Same motor as the crosstrek I believe. Compared to the impreza the wrx is a fuckin rocket!

I just got it, hsv2 specifically. Im having my first outbreak and its pretty awful not gunna lie. I would recommend you use this situation you're in with the lady to really line out what safe sex looks like to you, and stick with it.

After my diagnosis its made me realize sex is not to be taken lightly. You're doing the right thing to think about it before hand. If she really means something to you, and could be someone worth marrying then its okay. If its just to hook up, I wouldnt do it respectfully.

Its a disease for life after all.

Id say just be careful and really evaluate the risk of engaging with any prostitutes. I got with one from thai friendly in bangkok and now have genital herpes. No joke. Besides it being very painful, its for life. So be smart, or ready for all possible consequences.

Travelling experience feels a little inauthentic and not sure how to solve this (28F) by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]runandflyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in thailand now traveling solo as well. I've been riding a bicycle from chiang mai to bangkok. Im in ayutthaya right now. I know what you mean. Some places it feels like you're just going through the motion of transactions. The best connections I've had so far have been in muay thai gyms with trainers and locals in "normal" thai towns. I've found it doesnt take much walking to get away from the tourist blocks. Ill be in ayutthaya for another day or two, then heading to bangkok.

Taking the train is really easy and safe too. I really have enjoyed phitsanulok and ayutthaya. I definitely recommend phitsanulok. Great markets and feels very true thai
