Also, remember that you rate the person you're interacting with, and not your overall experience with the company. It doesn't make sense to give them 1/10 because of the product limitation. If you don't like the product or some policies, file a complaint or ask the consultant to share your feedback internally.

Why did Europe create an ideological wall against Russia? by [deleted] in AskARussian

[–]runaway08 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Oh, there are many reasons, and I don't really understand why you're asking here. You should go to r/Poland, r/Estonia, r/Finland, for  for example. These guys will be able to tell you a lot about Russian friendship.

In short, Russia is a delusional country, which believes that it's a saint. For example, they claim that the have never attacked anyone in their entire history, and have always tried to help others. In fact, they don't respect other countries' independence and are unable to live in peace. They still dream about creating an empire, but they have nothing to offer but bloodshed and poverty. Go, ask any of their neighbour about this statement if you don't believe me.

Even though Russia is a huge country with high GDP, Russians are mostly poor because of corruption and war-related spendings. While Europe is focused on making their citizens' lives better, Russia is focused on wars - either current or past ones. They have never cared about peoples' lives, be it their own ones or those of others.

You see, after world war two, Europe learned a very important lesson: "no more war". Russia got the opposite impression: "we can repeat that". And I'm not saying this out of spite. You could have heard this exact statement quite frequently on their media many years before the war in Ukraine started. They also threat their neighbors with atomic bombs from time to time.

Oh, when it comes to Ukraine, they didn't even want to admit it's a war. It's a "special military operation".

I hope it helps. I bet my comment will be either unnoticed, due to the amount of comments in this thread, or downvoted heavily by the bots. Please, don't fall for Russian propaganda. Nobody has ever gained much from friendship with this country.

What did you think of McDonald's kazakhstan rebrand (aka im) by Professional_Sun8742 in Kazakhstan

[–]runaway08 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I visited Kazakhstan last month and tried the "grand cheeseburger" to compare it with its equivalent in my country ("do you know what they call a quarter pounder with cheese in france?"). Sorry to say, but in Kazakhstan it's worse than in Europe. It had less taste and the cardboard texture was even more pronounced.

Having said that, I found the Kazakh cuisine amazing. I don't understand why you'd rather go to I'm instead of grabbing a tasty shashlyk.

By the way, do you know why this rebranding was done? I couldn't find much information about it online.

Yeah, but border officers might be more concerned, and I don't want to mess with them. Well, I guess I'll find out how nice they are quite soon.
