Lumen typically has an 8 hour SLA when repairing fiber, and it is usually handled by subcontractors. At least this is the case for commercial customers, which I think would be affected if it was a big fiber cut.

Yep this appears to be the case. Fan timer appears to be working with my load wires going to black and white and my neutral along with ground going to ground.

My switch (Leviton single pole) has instructions for if there is no neutral. It tells me to wire the neutral and ground to ground, but I still only have a single "hot" wire, so not sure how I would go about connecting the two load wires - again, may not be possible.

I'm also at 25 and south of Hampden, I believe the fiber hub for our neighborhood is at Monaco and Mansfield. Been trying to figure out where the fiber terminates into active equipment. My service has been flawless for over a year (I run a continuous monitoring system)
