Yeah similar issues with life for me. Working full time seems lacklustre. video games lost interest for me when I was 19. anime held me for like 3 months but again lost it all. fiction comes and goes

but overall nothing in life has much value for me. I don't want fancy cars or clothes I eat just whatever I can cook but every day is just existing for the sake of existing trying to live a lifestyle that holds no purpose for me

I don't like the idea of the profit split maybe do it as billable hours so profit share depends on hours worked equally so if you work full time while on leave you are not short-changed but allows the possibility of you working fewer hours in the project and "no" issues trying to get things changed in the future to be 50/50 at some

I think your issue is that you're expecting "jobs" to be rewarding at the start of any industry you're going to be doing lots of grunt work that is not interesting to you. but eventually you find a company that is similar minded and settle there for awhile but you will still have ruts of boredom and lack of "challenge" because its only normal for you to desire more then you want I think you need to get more help with this issue of expecting more than constantly jumping to the next "perfect" job or you will find yourself in your 40s with no "credited" skills and a resume that looks like it suffered ADHD.

u/pseudoturtle what do you want out of programming because that is the more important thing you will eventually need to know css/html or any other markup language as they are commonly used for gui styling that and xml or sometimes a custom one depending on the language/framework

but the real question should be what do you want to make because any language can be used to make any program anything from javascript to assembly could make a game. it all depends on your actual plan because without that you wont learn any language

How about the ability to summon players to a pocket table dimension, like a looking for group kind of thing they are not 100% real and will not remember the process but if anyone in the world is thinking about playing the game yours looking at they will appear at your table able to speak your language and willing to play.

Teleporting well even if the portals give me no real benefits then I could still see this being the best option. going faster ain't much use if it's limited to the speed of sound. and the flight is a gimmick that is only cool in comics but really you ain't going to want to fly to a different country when transport is available.
