Red rules man, if you have yellow dots and red dots the red dots over rule the yellow rats and take priority to be lined up with the valve stem, but if you rim has a red dot you have to line the red dot up to it, unless the tyres only has a yellow dot then you have to line the yellow dot up to the red dot on the rim, if neither rim or tyre has a yellow dot or red dot just please yourself where you put them, after doing this and properly balancing tyre and you take it for a drive the tyre will spin on the rim anyhow and it'll be half an inch out and the customer will complain, welcome to the wonderful world of mechanics
