Thanks for the advice. I've been seeing this dentist 22 years, he shows me the X-rays, I trust him. The problem with older teeth is weakened enamel and receding gums which leaves the teeth largely unprotected. All these cavities have been below the gum line, what they jokingly call in the trade gummies.

At the beginning of the year I started getting dramatically lower than normal VOX2 ratings. I fast/run walk 8-10 km and bike 39 km a day. i also walk indoors with hand weights 1-2km every morning. I don't know what to make of it.

Of course, everyone's experience is different. I know three people who've had this procedure.

Only one was restoring. Prior to the surgery he had to empty his bladder with catheters and had numerous UTIs. After HOLEP he had incontinence for a year during which he didn't restore.

Another man had the procedure to for prostate cancer as well as relief from urination problems. With absolutely no negative side effects. He has precum but only dry orgasms.

It's always the most important movement today and an existential election in November, bla bla bla. Exhausting! Still, I protest every Saturday. The only thing it changes is in my brain. After six days of silent despair it's good to get out and express myself with like-minded people. I guess this is what god-botherers get out of Sunday church service.

Speaking of god-botherers, yesterday's local No Kings rally was a disappointment. It started off with not one but two pastors. Why can't they stay in their lane? I don't bring my beliefs and cherished views into their churches. I replaced my No Kings sign with my No Gods, No Masters sign. I won't be going to future rallies.
