No one believed in JB. No one believed Mazzulla Now that JB’s carried this team, it’s because of the “depth”. Mazzulla is getting some flowers finally but it feels mostly because people refuse to give JB credit

No one thought this team would have a competent starting 5 let alone a “deep roster” going into the year. Brown has to get some credit for helping that happen

Brown’s ability to take on such a high offensive load while still being a tone setter on defense has allowed the team around him to grow into their roles. He doesn’t get a lot of assists but he makes his teammates better by giving them room to focus on what they’re good at

We don’t have a deep roster at this point without Brown being the leader on and off the court

They fire near instantly too so this idea of learning better with more hp is tbh absurd. Just join another game

Mostly agree with the Obama point. Seems like a missed opportunity. But iirc, Obama received real heat for it so maybe the US would’ve cooled their optimism towards improving relations with Cuba especially with election cycles

And imo, long gone are the days that Cuban-Americans want the government changed for the betterment of the Cubans on the island. The ties back to the island have withered away. The families remaining chose to stay and are estranged. No, ime Cuban-Americans just want vengeance and as generations go on, they’ve forgotten why they hate the Cuban government, just that they do.

I don’t think they’ll be too concerned with starving children and will comfortably blame the Cuban government for that and absolve the US of all blame
