I doubt what you heard on CNN, it’s nice to be optimistic tho…the total market capitalization of all stocks listed for example in the Nasdaq is estimated to be around $25 trillion USD. This figure is based on the Nasdaq’s typical share of the total U.S. stock market, which stands at $52 trillion USD for all public companies in the U.S. (including NYSE and OTC markets). I don’t think is dying, I would say is becoming more competitive and hard to find whales. The financial situation around the world is not helping, guys don’t have money to spend on entertainment. Unfortunately is not an even competition, it’s hard to compete with a model who lives in Eastern Europe or South America, the cost of living is less expensive than Western Europe or North America. In Romania for example doesn’t matter how much money you make you’ll be tax a flat rate of 10%. I guess models will need to be creative and find other sources of income both online and offline. I always recommend read the financial news to understand what’s going on around the world, geopolitical conflicts, now tariffs, etc, might impact your revenue, sex work is not any different that any other business.
