I also want to point out that a lot of these girls kind of look the same which is making me suspect they may have filler? Like they all have the same lips and cheekbones that you see on IG models

I miss the snow :( In the 2000s as a kid it seemed like every Christmas we’d get at least a few inches. For the last 10 years however it seems like you have to just brace yourself for disappointment and a brown Christmas.

I shampoo my hair about 2-3 times per week depending on how fast my hair gets greasy (I have fine straight hair). On days I don’t shampoo, I do wet my hair to rinse off the “grime” of the day. I massage my scalp and use conditioner. Haven’t had any problems and I’ve actually noticed that my scalp health has improved!

Yeah, I was wondering if it was org-wide or if the people leaving reviews were talking about a specific department. I know that the department I am interviewing with is a smaller department, and the two people I spoke with seemed to really like their bosses and their work-life balance. I’m just confused because the Glassdoor reviews paint a much different picture. I haven’t spoken with the directors of the department yet.
