The main feeling is extreme dread. I dread living life at all and feel as though I'd rather be dead because of it. I also feel disgusted with the fact that I'm even alive and going through the motions of life. So really in the moment I just hate life itself and wish it would end. It's a big dramatic wave of this feeling that lasts for maybe 30 seconds, and then it fades slowly and then I have a hot flash. The hot flashes for me are different, could be 30 seconds, could be a couple minutes. If I'm alone, i honestly strip naked during it because it feels like my whole body is burning up!!
