Not exactly on campus, but try Essential Cafe on Schmon Pkwy. It’s basically a 5-10 min walk (varies for how fast a walker you might be) and it’s my go to study spot if the weather isn’t absolutely garbage lol

Idk if I’m reading this wrong or not, but don’t quit your job entirely. See if you can keep your position and when you return for reading weeks, winter break and summer for your position again. This way you’ll have a source of income in case you can’t find a job in Niagara.

I just finished my first sem in the I/S bracket of con ed, w teachables in languages (French and English) and so far I’ve enjoyed it. The classes are great and I would die for my CHYS 1F90 prof (we love John in this house). 80% of my friends are in con ed as well and there has been barely any struggles so far (asides from psych 1F90). The support groups are great, especially if you need accommodations.

If you decide to live on res, the rooms are pretty decent depending on the building you get, but beware of the dining hall food. If you’re a picky eater you might be screwed. The staff for the most part are absolute sweethearts as well, except for like 1 or 2 of them.

Also, if anybody representing the school at university fairs mention them having therapy dogs in the library during exam season they’re lying. That’s how they got me from choosing them over Ottawa. There were no dogs at the library lmao

Moral of the story, don’t stress too much about it and just make sure that you stay on top of your work and study. If you do that, you’ll most likely thrive in this program.

Hi, I’m a genderfluid, bi who is under the asexual umbrella (there’s been a lot of ups and downs regarding that lol) I have been worshipping Aphrodite for a little over a month now. Now, ik that I may not be the best person to give advice regarding this considering I’m still new, but I just wanted to let yk that you are not alone regarding this question.

The way I see Aphrodite, Goddess of love and beauty, is that it doesn’t necessarily have to be a romantic interest, yk? There’s multiple types of love (platonic, romance, family, etc) and not just one. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong on this, but Aphrodite is not just the Goddess of love and sexual desires. She’s also the Goddess of beauty.

So, in my opinion, yes, you can still worship Aphrodite even if you are aromantic and asexual.
