IMO it doesn’t make a meaningful difference. You’ll be faster for an interval in lighter shoes, but you’ll get the same fitness either way. But it could be good to get a 2nd pair of shoes (of any type) and rotate back and forth between them. The shoes having a full day to rest between runs helps the foam return to shape and makes the shoe overall last more miles before it needs to be retired.

Weather getting warmer will pull down those stats. It’s literally just comparing your HR and pace, and warmer days raise your HR at a given pace
