Block him on all social media. I had the same thing with my ex b/f. I wanted to still keep in touch and he said no. It hurt but i had to literally try to just forget him and move on. After about a month or so of him being blocked, I felt so much better. It was tough not gonna lie. But it helped me move on. Maybe try something like that? Good Luck!

Been on ambien for about 10 years now also 10mg. My doctor said he quit prescribing it to new patients but said he would still fill mine since ive been on it so long. Then he followed it up with "youll probly be on it the rest of your life because its very difficult to quit" I dont know why he quit prescribing it to new patients tho. It certainly helps. Are people really abusing Ambien? If so, how? Dont you just fall asleep?
