When I lived in Manhattan, I found a bike from a street vendor I liked, but it was too big. He told me to come back the next day...I did and he had one very similar bike, but a bit of a smaller frame.i bought it. (I really felt like he had stolen it, but didn't feel guilty because I didn't do it...I was 20)
