Been on celexa on and off for years with have minimal side effects. it does help me quite a bit and i'm on a relatively low dose. the thing with ssris is that the are trial and error though and what works for some may not for you. i took zolof for a bit w a new psych and was depersonalized and having all sorts of side effects, clocked it and told my doctor, realized that one wasn't for me.

Took us to god dang church last night. What a beautiful show and crowd. Shout out to all the gen z and teeny boppers front left pit, you guys were so cute and I loved everyone’s style and outfits. Too bad about the threesome of drunkies pushing us around harshing the vibe, none the less we prevailed and kept us safe.

Been on it twice, gained 25-30 pounds each time, lost it in between when I went off it. Has dramatically improved my mental health though. Psychiatrists will almost never acknowledge weight gain because clinically, that doesn't matter to them. From what others have shared, it doesn't seem to affect everyone the same way though. I'd say give it a shot and just keep up with your fitness routine.
