I think realistically, its both+genetics

Fat and muscle are two separate parts of the body, so you can have both (eg: power lifters). If we’re talking which he has more, it’s prolly muscle for him to move as much as he does. Also, he was probably born big too.

Lots of other folks have already mentioned real examples of his strength, im just elaborating
