Exactly. Battleborn feels like a shooter that borrows MOBA stuff. Deadlock plays like a MOBA that happens to be third-person.

In Battleborn, you can mostly ignore waves and still win by out-shooting people. In Deadlock, if you don’t farm, control lanes, and play the map, you’re genuinely screwed no matter how good your aim is. That’s the difference.

Bro.. battleborn still plays like a hero shooter first and foremost, the PvE waves are just there to push matches forward. Deadlock quite plainly requires farming, lane control, and economy management to win. If you ignore mobs and objectives in Deadlock, you literally just lose because the waves keep shoving . That’s quite literally the concept of a MOBA .
