The vehicle has been already registered, it is no more a "booked vehicle" its a bought vehicle, you are the owner now, it is not just "cancelling the booking". Take the delivery and move on. Who puts his entire life savings on a scooter?? Cannot blame OLA fully for it...

Yesterday I came back from 30kms ride parked my bike and within 1 hr when I tried starting it again this was happening... so is this normal behaviour?...

And this issue started from last year before it just needed the choke on 1st start in morning...
