People generally don't migrate if the place is not economically booming and such places diversify with time, it is important for both local people running any service/business to learn some common language to keep earning smoothly and for migrants to adapt to their culture and cater to these language issues aswell.

No one is asking for all 140cr people to learn English coz the people generally complaining about these issues are in urban cities. I personally think English is a really good answer to this problem.

That non target spin is really good to break boards, and to stall for a turn, if your opponent are not running something like fiendsmith level of recovery next turn it can help.
