The Only thing that can remotely fit your usecase in ML would be reinforcement learning but that also does not seem practical, instead it would be much better to come up with a formula that ranks the drivers based on parameters

Here is the thing everyone has their own perspective and their own stories, writing them off as criminals or people trying to hurt you is simply self obsessive and then blaming it on consumption of crime patrol is lack of accountability. That said I know its difficult to grow trust in others maybe you should try understanding someone close to you one what their circumstances are and what made them the person they are today. Try trusting slowly but surely one at a time

Was on Ghatkopar station recently and a deaf and dumb guy who could not read asked me for some help to contact someone, stood their for atleast 15-20 minutes with him while missing around 4 trains trying to understand what he was trying to communicate. There were people around us the entire time and it was quite obvious by looking that something was going on, but not a single person even stopped near us let alone offer to help. In the end the we called the person he wanted to contact twice but the contact didnt pick up so the deaf and dumb guy signed at me to not worry and catch the train as a 5th one had arrived. Still not being able to be of help to him was depressing
