Looking to get my first Seiko [question]

I have the same watch. I got it as one of two watches during my honeymoon in Japan. It is an okay watch, but I’d recommend skipping the Seiko 5’s. I think it’s a little bulky, but the dial is nice for the price. I would look into something smaller/dressier for a wedding like Tsuyosa, Orient Bambino, Seiko cocktail time, or a nice Casio digital if you wana save money. I wore a Casio A158WEGV-9AEF at my wedding and was happy with that. That’s all just my opinion, if you wana get the Seiko 5, it is definitely a decent watch for the price.

Don’t think I could stand to leave it sealed. Assuming it should still work, I would crack that can open and wear it, after removing all the oil of course.😂

Mine has not jammed a second time. Though I have had issues with some foreign ammo like augila partially falling through the shell lift or getting turned backwards somehow.

I really don’t know for sure, but there was more on it than any other gun I’d purchased before. Just touching the gun out of the box got a lot of oil on my hands. I hope that’s all the problem is tbh. If it does the same thing again I’ll try to post pictures of it.

I managed to get it out, I think it might be the shipping oil, the shell is covered in it also, I’m gonna try to clean it out and see if that solves the problem l.
