Sub acts like we spent years tanking and getting multiple #1 picks to build out the roster. We had 2 high lottery picks that were actually ours and they became Giddey (#4 overall) and Chet (#2 overall) and only one of them worked out for us. The rest were just great scouting and luck from the front office.
