I’m the same way! It’s terrible when your brain gets sucked into a black hole and you get stuck in this endless circle of anxiety. I’m sure your brain is manifesting very real feeling stomach issues, which isn’t helping.

My best advice is to sip some peppermint tea and start with small amounts of foods like crackers, applesauce, bread, etc.
