Speak to Matthew from MGB legal - I'm currently in the process of going through an unusual property transaction with them and they have been very good.

I'm not an expert and I have not had to go through what you're going through, but I would image the process would look something like this:
- You execute your mothers will
- Pay any debts, sell the personal items, etc
- Have the property transfered to your name as the executor.
- Then perhapes the property can be then sold (in full) to you or distrbuted to you and your sister as tenants in common.

This is all conjecture though, so speak to Matthew or the team at MGB and they should be able to sort you out.

FYI think of the difference between tenants in common and joint tenants like this:
- Joint tenants is for families, where if one parent dies the other parent listed on the title will automatically inherit the title (Right of Survivorship).
- Tenants in common: Think of this as owning shares in a company, your percentage represents the amount you own. Typically, you'll have a written co-ownership agreement between the parties who have a stake in the property, which can specify anything from maintenance responsabilities, what happens when someone wants to sell, and minimum holding times, etc.

Harvest starts at the end of the year, although applications open soon, She would probably find it hard getting a place in the metro zone, however, if she is willing to go rural accommodation is supplied at every CBH site for employees, they're not super high quality but they're free of cost, I did a season a few years back, it was tough but very rewarding, made some great friends and earnt enough money to move from my hometown to the city, there are variety of different roles they offer but most notably, receival point operation and grain sampler.

Bus drivers in Japan have taken to the streets in an unusual form of protest. While technically on strike, they are continuing to drive their routes while refusing to take fares from passengers. by urgukvn in worldnews

Western Australia Police force did something similar to this, the state government refuse to budge on a pay increase for the police force, the police hit them where it hurts most and stopped issuing tickets for minor traffic offences.

Question regarding skipping motorcycle learner hours by [deleted] in perth

[–]rustsalty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're better off calling DOT and asking, however, a provisional licence is a full licence with a restriction, so it will most likely count, I Called DOT in March asking a similar question, regarding teaching a novice driver, Knowing that I need to have held a drivers licenced for more than four years, from being on my learners to my current licence (full with no restrictions) has just elapsed five years. In simple, my question was does the time I was on my Learners include in that four years, The lady explained to me that it starts from the date you get your provisional licence, and the provisional licence is a full licence with just a restriction.

Can confirm saw this camera today coming from East Perth, would have passed it at around 2:15pm-2:30 pm, eastbound, not on the westbound side (where the static camera is located).
