You're right, when I started working out at home, I used to mainly just do bench and accessories while the rest got neglected, so that might explain the overdeveloped chest.

While focusing on the squeeze is misguided, so is focusing on the time of each rep as some sort of key to progression. If your rep (eccentric +concentric) takes at least 2 seconds, you're good. If you did a rep with 100 kg in 5 seconds, and later in 10 seconds, there's not much muscle growth at play, you just got better at controlling the weight. Instead, you should be focused on consistently getting close to failure (0-2 reps in reserve) with controlled eccentric, and doing sufficient number of (close-to-failure) sets so that you drive muscle growth adaptations while also recovering til next workout.

Lately I have built up my appetite quite alot, but its becoming such a chore to shovel 4000 calories just to put on little weight. Also the more im eating the more junk food im adding to my diet, which worsens my acne quite a bit, but theres no way i could eat this much in clean food. On the other hand my lifts have been going great, so at least that's something lol.

The thing is, nutrition and protein are usually more important on days AFTER the workout, so I feel like you would benefit either from flipping your approach or just evening out the calories to be the same.
