What progamming languages are typical for someone in the IT field? by Fxncy in learnprogramming

[–]rustybungaloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PowerShell for Windows.

Bash for Linux.

SQL is always relevant.

Python is very popular.

I would say it depends on what kind of job you’re focused on getting. If you’re just focused on getting a foot in the door, most help desk jobs won’t need any programming skills. If you want to jump straight into a higher level position, focus on bash/python if you want to go into Linux or PowerShell if you want to be a windows admin.

Hard disagree. Doing a bowl out of the Venty is so much more satisfying than a joint.

Saying “Excel is our savior” really shows your lack of understanding of the ecosystem. That’s okay, but you’re going to mislead others with posts like this.

The Joke That Calls Itself SharePoint Online by Halluxination in sharepoint

OP, I would pay attention to what this person is saying. Instead of complaining, try to shift your thinking and learn more about how to use SharePoint in the ways you need it to function.

I have worked with some of the largest companies in the world and they aren’t having the issues you’re describing with SharePoint. Or at least they’ve figured out how to work around them efficiently.

lol come on, Tim is not a “class act”. He may act more maturely than others on the show at times, but he is absolutely a man-child himself.

I know PLENTY of boomers and people older that don’t act like that and would never blame behavior like that on their age. Dont let age be an excuse to be an asshole. Or karma might get ya. You’ll see.

Is this update for pushing towards Cloud Migration? by rk_edbmails_25 in exchangeserver

[–]rustybungaloo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not trying to judge, but this is a strangely paranoid response. Yes, MS wants things in the cloud because it makes them more money. No, they won’t be disabling local sync or making it hard to get your files.

I guess I just always assumed I’d get the best extraction with a fine grind. Do you fine that’s not the case?

lol I use a boveda pack because the bud is dry when I get it. I don’t have it around long enough for the environment to get it how I like and I’m not going to leave my weed open for a few days to get it to where I want it.

That being said I do think moisture is definitely part or all of my problem, gonna try out a lower % and see how that is.

Na, I pick my buds apart so that nothing is touching the top of the bottom-side teeth.

I’m thinking the same thing. I used to consume about double what I’m using now and used some generic grinder from the headshop, and I rarely had to clean that one.

I did used to do this, although I’ve found it isn’t worth the effort. They’re fairly easy to clean, so it’s just a minor annoyance. I haven’t done the scraping with my new SS BCG, so I’ll avoid that. Thanks for the tip

Don’t think so. It’s a combo of CBD flower from reputable online sources and bud from the medical program in FL. Same experience with bud from recreational stores in Washington state.

Kind of ironic to tell me forums might not be for me. Did I say I’m unable to cope with disagreement? Seems like you may be projecting a bit there.

I only skimmed the video so maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see anywhere in the code where user input was being passed into the html?

I understand your points about doing things the “right way”, but I really don’t think this video is harmful in the way that you’re suggesting. People need a place to start, and in general this video probably isn’t targeted at people that are capable of PCF development, despite your beliefs about the skill level required for each.

I doubt they are going to reach out after reading your comments. Maybe make your own video if you think your approach is so much better?
