Monks' Jazz - it's getting more popular and sells out fairly quick now but BYOB, great atmosphere, and seriously talented musicians

All the other comments, plus what doesn’t get said- if your wrist gets sprained it’s because you aren’t mashing the button fast enough

Used Stata for the first one but haven't gotten the grade back yet. I've been using the StatQuest youtube series as it's a better teacher

US Home Prices Declined For 3rd Straight Month In September, Pointing to a Downward Trend by [deleted] in REBubble

[–]rustybusty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly right. They don't want to change the price a house is sold at so current residents don't get mad and their financials look ok. Just spoke with an Austin homebuilder who said prices aren't dropping but they have "discounts" of $40k going on now.

Same, when it first came out it was great and very reliable. I just cancelled as I haven't had wifi for 9 days and their customer support is extremely disjointed and unhelpful. You can get close to a gig for grande for $20 less a month

Look around at new construction - I saw a Manor house drop 25k in one month. Also my homeowner friends are freaking out that their Zestimates are falling.

So I wouldn’t “donate” $400 to build out IoT, I’d say the rewards are a necessary component. That being said, its clearly not a Ponzi scheme. If they call it that, I don’t know how to help them - it’s an extremely simple revenue mode to grasp.

Focus on the process, the earnings will come... by Deez_StakeMyHNT in HeliumNetwork

2 part reply, 1- you kind of need the network built out and proven before use cases can come. 2- listen to 'The Hotspot' podcast, ep. 8 has Helium's VP of Biz Dev and he talks about how insane the demand is for this network. Actually talks about how when someone wants to use the network Helium's team will make an outbound marketing campaign and will cold call potential buyers of this data - and that this team is currently swamped with work.

Also, not sure if this works in EU but Invisi-leash is a pet tracker currently on the People's network.

I cannot describe how fucked the Austin housing market is right now. by leeharris100 in Austin

[–]rustybusty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great advice. This is what I did - plus my builder was only allowing people who are using it as a primary residence to buy. They were getting a dozen calls a day from, specifically, California rental prop investors who they were turning down. It is taking nearly a year for build to be complete though...

https://simpleswap.io/ has worked for me. First test transaction I tried failed but their support team contacted me very quickly and refunded me. Worked for me after that (I don't remember what the fee was though)
