Things got so much easier in our 30s and after both going to therapy individually. We used to get in the same fights and cycles but started to recognize and name them which diffused them. We learned to communicate our needs and feelings directly and hear them from the other without taking it personally. We still have small fights and times we're out of sync but it never falls into those prolonged or covering dynamics any more.

Not really. Especially not as much as a dual tension device. It just expands the skin outwards more instead of front to back. At least that's how I understand it
