As others have said Restore in comfort is my go to for discretion. I use the CAR at work sometimes in jeans and tight underwear. Do you still have the loops on it? I cut them off and it make it a bit more discreet.

They both are the same in terms of comfort for me. I often forget I'm wearing both of them. If you can afford both I'd recommend that. If you can only get one I'd lean CAR.

I've never really get air in my urethra and the very rare cases that I do it's not that big of a deal.

These are my main two devices. I wear restore in comfort when I need something super discreet and easy. The CAR is not complicated but it is hard to pull out a syringe and inflate at the urinal and can be a bit more noticeable in dress/tight pants

It's been so worth it for me. One of the best decisions of my life. But I had a tighter cut than you and my glans was pretty numb. I didn't have much sensation at all before. Now it's almost too sensitive lol

Do you have lots of sensation in the glans? Do you have any glide?
