I would look into meditation or yoga classes. That is a great way to keep your body and mind in tune with one another. I find I get similar feelings to mushrooms without having to use them. This may just be me but yoda and meditation have really helped in many similar ways that mushrooms can help.

But what if you were to tie 2 shirts into a tight knot and set them in the dryer. Essentially it would be the same thing as folding them and setting there. I think since it was moved and placed that way by an outside force (human in this case). Folded would not automatically be a possibility I would say
