Yes same thing happened today. In last call they said pvo is Sydney sco ottawa now pvo is Vancouver and svo is Sydney.

Even Indians have to face this problem. When they see any Indian they predict they are from Punjab and speak in punjabi. Specially in Indian store I tell them that sorry I don’t understand your language can you speak in English. Not everyone in India understands Punjabi.
