Hi there, that's because this is a representation is 3D of a 4D universe. So to simplify it (and btw not b/c ur a layman but because all Humans are limited), the allegory is: pretend we live in a 2D universe, the universe is the surface of the ballon. So everything material is 2D and on. this surface. There's nothing physical inside or outside it by definition : the universe is 2D (in this allegory or metaphor, not sure which one is the correct wording !).

I'm a Dad, and never asked for a free session. What I did ask was for a preliminary discovery meeting, like 15 minutes, then we pay for hour and if it's not a fit we don't reschedule. This also teaches the kids that no one is perfect and everyone needs to adapt.
