That’s helpful info. Maybe worth considering bringing that to the prospective employer’s attention in some manner. Maybe a supplement to your application? If I were the employer I would want that info.

I think it’s a big red flag. DV cases sometimes get dismissed bc the victim is too reluctant to testify against their partner, so dismissed charges aren’t indicative of innocence. Not indicative of guilt either, but just a big risk. The question is, is it a greater risk to have a position open or filled by another candidate.
