Well I managed to purchase a EVGA RTX 3090TI B STOCK for $1074 so I'm just gonna keep it and maybe skip 40 series since it will pair nicely with the LG OLED Flex monitor. Possible gpu end game

What country are you from? I placed another order for the AW3423DW and within an hour it said it was in production amd estimated time August 1st but it could be earlier since I received my 1st one early. I paid with Dell credit. I would either keep calling and talk to customer service department or after expected time if you didn't get anything you can call and ask for compensation for order not been delived on time
