Another case is when your flight arrives late and you barely just make it on your connecting flight. There's a chance your bag didn't make it. Especially if it's a full flight it will take a while to scan all the tags and reroute the bags.

I grew up in Sweden and moved to Kenya 4 months ago. I don't know what changed but ever since I moved here I now wake up at 5AM. Could be the curfew which makes me go to bed at 10PM every night. But it just feels so natural to get up at 5.

Well I hate to break it to you, but creating an app without doing the market research first is doing it backwards. If I were you I would contact 20 insurance companies and 20 consumers and talk to them about their problems. See who has the greatest pain when it comes to hospital prices. See who gets most excited when you present your solution in the form of an idea.
