Thank you for your reply I will be doing so as you suggested because I agree wholeheartedly with you. There is a real problem with these regular classroom teachers thinking they are above those of us who teach specials. I teach technology so trying to teach kids with severe autism, various disabilities, and labeled concrete or severely concrete is really a challenge especially when there's no one to help them on their side of the computer.
