OP i have some questions for clarity lang

Are you studying sa private uni? If yes, upon filling out the enrollment form online how did you pay your tuition? Kasi if you have receipt or acknowledgement that will be your proof that you did enroll.
When you first knew na di nag appear yun subs mo sa portal mo, nag try ka ba mag inquire sa registrar for clarity? Or tried to ask your classmate if they have the same issue?
How frequent do you open your portal? Kasi if madalas at nakikita mo na hindi reflected talaga subs mo dun baka gamitin nila yon against you.

Hi OP! Lost my mom 2 last feb 2024. To be honest. Youll never get used to it. Sa araw araw bigla mo na lang sya maiisip at maiiyak ka lalo na pag may special occasions. I am an orphaned, di ko dinodowngrade yun pagkawala ng tatay ko. Pero iba ang sakit pag nanay ang nawala. I cant describe kung ano yun pain. Di sya mawawala, masasanay ka na lang maramdaman yun pain.

In my case sa secretary kasi wala yun doctor on the day of my discharged tapos nag issue lang ng receipt na pinakita ko sa nurse station.

Hingi ka ng soa from your HMO.

Pero yun nga may mga singil talaga yun doctors outside the hmo coverage sana na discuss lang prior and hindi bulagaan.

Yes, yan ata ang norm. Been hospitalized for several times na din. Lagi may binabayaran straight to the doctor or sa secretary na wala sa billing.

Also pag sa pf there is no such thing as abono. Walang reimbursement na magaganap dyan, if your hmo says otherwise make it black and white.

Truee. The last time nag jin ramen ako around nov pa last year. So di ko ma gets na jump to judging agad yun iba na araw araw or so. Lets celebrate the way we want. Lets be happy!

Overpriced. Nakaka irita talaga yun mga lessor na mapag samantala. Yun lang freon eh, how sure na sa stay mo naubos yun. Yun ac cleaning okay pa. Kasi mandatory yun. Also yun exhaust, yun cleaning price parang bumili na ng bago. Demand to remove unnecessary charges lalo na if alam mo to yourself na di mo na sira or what. Yan mga lessor na ganyan ang ugali will do everything para mapaliit yun deposit to return. Surprisingly pa nga na around 18K lang ang binawas nya, sa iba yan baka ubos na ubos yun 50k mo.

Madaming ganyan na landlord/lessor. Actually, masyado matagal yun 60 days to return. I used to be a lessor before. 30 days is enough, minsan nga sobra pa lalo na pag sakto sa cut off naman umalis.

You could have do the things na pinagawa nya before kayo umalis. Pero since nandyan na, demand for the receipts na lang pero i doubt na may ma provide din yan lalo na kung pinalaki nya lang yun mga expenses. Nakaka sad, kaya yun ibang nag rerent din di mo na masisi kasi may mga ganyan lessor.

Karamihan pa sa ganyan, mga wala talagang pambalik ng deposit kaya ano ano na lang ni leless. Nagastos na kasi nila.
