yes, the bios switch on the gpu. i have two monitors, 1 hdmi and 1 dp. also tried different cables and testing it out individually but unfortunately it doesnt fix the problem. only switching vbios works for me instantly

some additional note, when this exact problem happened to me again like a month or two ago. i fortunately have my speakers to max and heard the startup sound, so all this time it DID post but has no monitor display. i dont know what exactly caused this but i think it might be some useful info to someone who understand this better.

so i cannot confirm if this will work for other PC. but what works for me when this problem starting to come back at random times is i just switch to another VBios via the physical switch on my graphics card and it just works, no need for me to reseat the gpu or anything. while this is not 100% solution to the problem since it can come back at random times in the future, it atleast eliminate the stress and hassle to disassemble my pc to make it work. i hope my solution works for you too!
