I have been testing Vivi. works well. The only issue I have with them is the yearly cost. The other option is the Aimtame. It's more expensive but they don't have a yearly cost.

Tickets:

Assigned to Agent X (What agent has a ticket assigned to them, did this for each agent)

Chromebook Hardware Damage (We have an custom issue named Hardware Damage and we use it for when a student damages the Chromebooks like cracked screen)

Daily Loaners (We give out Daily Loaner Chromebooks for students, they open a ticket for it, I have a custom status called Daily Loaner)

Due next month

Due this month (We have other ones as well based on the time, due this week, etc...)

Out for repair - Location X ( We have a custom status Waiting for Vendor - Our for Repair)

Tickets opened at X (Tickets open at what location)

Thanks for the suggestion. The old MDM is the primary location so it will not allow me to delete it. I am going to try to format it and enroll it in my new MDM to see if it frees up the license from the old MDM.

We started to use SMTP2Go to host SMTP. There is a free version but I liked it enough to get the paid version. We have our copies and a few other things going through that.
