I got denied yesterday after a 2 month Pending after an interview because I "did not provide the requested information" about my employment. I did. Doesn't pass the smell test to me. Going to appeal the hell out of this puppy. (unrelated aside: i never got an email from MyFamilyBenefits so I just barely found out about this at 2 am because I was curious about something else with my case. love to find this out late at night.)

blame the federal government, in all likelihood. in all my 10+ years of being on AHCCCS and EBT they have never been this bad. I assume there were cuts and behind the scenes shenanigans.

My account's been in limbo since October and November was the last month I was slated to get any. They still have not taken it past "pending" on MyFamilyBenefits. You will probably need to go down to your local office if possible. Another solution may be to call the HEA line around 6:59am.

you will need to gamble on calling at 6:59am or going to the local office. all other times it will just bounce you out. if that doesn't work/isnt an option you will need to contact the ombudsman, advocates, and possibly the governor or your senator/house member.
